Query: What is there between Thought
and Action?
Vijay Kumar:
Between thought and action lies the absolute essence of life! No action can occur
without presence of seeds of thought! In the germination of a thought lay future action! Invocation of thought
precedes every action directly related to it!
Every action was conceived initially as a thought. Unless the thought exists... action can never occur! Every
war... every happening was initially invoked as a thought. Does it mean... it is thoughts that precipitate into
action... yes, it is so!
If we commit a crime... it was initially
conceived as a thought! If we need to put a stop to committing crime... we need stop the flow of negative thoughts
that provoke us committing crime. No negative thoughts of vicious nature... no committing of
crime!
Having a sunny disposition and invoking godly thoughts human beings proceed on the path of spirituality...
travel the spiritual path! Those indulging in materialistic riches invoke negative thoughts... wanton desires from
the reservoir of mind minus.
As is the invocation of thought... So is the existence of a human being! It has rightly been said that at a
given point of time... every human being is the sum total of all thoughts. Truly we become what we think! The
thinking of one makes or mars a man!
All thoughts are invoked from the reservoir of mind plus and mind minus. All positive thoughts flow from the
reservoir of mind plus... all negative from mind minus! The human brain simply acts as a receiving and a
transmitting station.
The man-made wonders we see were initially conceived as an idea... a thought! The privilege of thinking... the
power of discrimination that is available to human beings by the grace of God is what distinguishes us from
animals.
In human beings the power to think is most developed compared to other living forms. Only as a human being does
the soul atman within gain liberation from the cycle of birth and death. Riding on the waves of positive thought
human beings gain enlightenment (kaivalya jnana) and finally salvation (moksha).
